How do I use the RANGEFINDER on my Russian/Zeiss scope?

I recently picked up a 7x Russian scope from Kalashnikov Arms. It is great, and fits my side rail
beautifully, HOWEVER, the owner's pamphlet is in Russian! All I need to know is how to use the
rangefinder on the scope, thanks!!!! Mike Apollio
