Martin,did you ever find out what size drill bit will work for the 7.62x39 AKMSU gas port hole?

: I did one about a year ago but I bought the barrel already : drilled.I want to do one that is set up like an HK94(short : forend,long thin barrel)if you have a barrel sitting around : I would be forever grateful if you would try stickin a : few drill bits in the gas port hole until you find out : what the right size bit would be.I tried to call the guy : that I sold my AKMSU/MARS pistol conversion to but he must : have moved or something. : Thanks a bunch : Michael
