maadi/misr?

I got a maadi from Compasseco in exchaange for a Batf-condemned AK-47. The left side of the receiver reads "Maadi Arm." the bolt side reads " A.C.C. INT/ INTRAC, KNOX, TENN. Is this one of the infamous MISR's, or is this a legitimate piece?
