Maadi ARM identification.

I have an AK marked " Maadi ARM" on the left sid
e of the receiver, and "A.C.C. INT/INRAC. KNOX, TENN." on the bolt side. Is this one of the infamous MISR's, or do I have a legitimate piece? Thanks for the help.
