USAK Receivers Question

	What is the deal with these things. Are they made in the US perhaps? If so, then could one legally attach a bayo lug and flash suppressor to the completed weapon? Need input.

Unless there is a US made folder for a post-89, pre-94 import, can't be done. Anything made after 1994 cannot have a folder with one other feature.
