Question on Romanian (AK74 type) rifle's trigger group.

Is the trigger group on the Romanian AK74-type rifle the same as the Romanian AKM-type (7.62)? I'm asking because I am considering purchasing the Romanian AK74 type rifle and installing one of the US Made AK Parts Kits. Has anyone else done this?
