3-Round Burst

Has anyone seen any after-market parts to make an AK 3-round burst? Or is this simply not possible? I'm sure it IS possible, but not without losing quite a bit of reliability. So, the selector would be safe-burst-semi.

Now for my other question. Has any seen plans/provisions for a 4 way selector?
