I am still looking for a 30 round 7.62 plastic AK magazine,
and would appreciate to hear from any one who could assist
me with locating an example. I would also like to obtain an
AK74 / AKS74u cleaning kit and accessories.
I have in my collection of Deactivated AK's a Bulgarian
manufactured ( Markings on selector!) AK47 which has a
Chrome finish to the entire weapon. I was informed it was
a 'Parade Weapon' used by the Iraqi Republican Guard. Can
any one help with further information concerning the origins,
or history of this weapon. Also from the same source, Bulgaria
I have a 'AKS47u', yes you read that right. It has an AK47 body
and 'under' folding stock, AKM forward grip, and an AKS74u
receiver cover with sighting system and flash eliminator on the
end of the barrel. The weapon was originally, now deactivated as
per U.K. laws, in 7.62 caliber. Can any one assist me with info.
/ history of this example of the AK family?
La Vie Est Belle.
