made my own stock from a NHM-90 and put a pistol grip on

I cut the thumb hole out and used a
rough wood file to shape this stock to
the same as preban stock,now I'm satisfied with the shape and I installed a pistol grip,but is this a legal stock?I've done 2 stocks this way
I'm also trying to fit the original buttplate on,
