Pits in AK Barrel....Need advice!

I just recently purchased a Hungarian AKM, but after
through cleaning w/ bore cleaner I noticed the rifling
grooves have little "pits" or irregularities.
-Should I have the barrel replaced w/ (military Bulgarian
or Chinese), competent gunsmith needed, possible damage to
receiver OR.....
-Should I just keep it very clean and oiled and hope the
corrosiveness does not continue. Thanks....
