I recently bought a 75 rd. clip for my ak. I will not tell the name of the company i ordered it from, but it is a LARGE ad in SGN, that is based in CA. They are the only one with a 75 rd. clip. Anyway, I got my clip, and was all anxious to open it. WHEN I TOOK IT OUT OF THE WRAPPER, it was nothing more than THREE 30 clips chopped-up and welded together!!! This is not the worst of it. The weld quality was so POOR, that the mag will not cycle in my gun. NOT ONLY THAT, but upon dissasembly of the mag, I WAS SHOCKED to find that the spring inside was simply the spring from a 30 clip stretched out to fit the 75 clip!!!! WHAT A RIPOFF!!! The moral is, if you think it is too good to be true($34.95 fot the 75clip,) it probably is!!! I will surely ask about things I order in MUCH more detail from now on. I will also be sure to ask the BRAND of the product, as I feel certain that this is a home-made jerryrig! Take 3 chink clips, weld 'em together, and use 2.5 springs fixed tohether, NOT ONE, and you can make a 75 rd. clip of your own!!! WATCH OUT FOR RIPOFFS IN SGN!!!
