The folks at gun shows are trying to say that the VEPR, the SAIGA, and the SAIGA hunter are BANNED. They have been re-instated as importable, and the prices should be no higher than Kalshnikov Arms, or other SGN prices. DO NOT pay more than 3-400 bucks for a Saiga!!! The VEPR should be about 550, NOT 8-900! This is a NICE rifle, but not THAT nice!!!
