Prerequisite:
1- Muzzel brake installed, AK74 type works the best. Otherwise you will be sending lead into the next county.
2- Bolt buffer installed, if you don't know how to make one by now-buy one.
3- A large area void of ALL living things.
Instructions:
Hold the firearm in the instinctive fire position: shooting from the hip.
Only your right index finger (inside the trigger guard) is holding up the rear of the gun. No other part of the body is touching the rear of the firearm.
Hold on to the front of the weapon in the useual way: left hand firmly holding onto the lower hand guard.
The Trick: Keeping your right index finger, hand and arm in a fixed ridged position (not moving and stiff), gently (with a firm grip) push the gun foward with your left hand until it fires and hold it in that foward position.
The recoil does all the work, you have to just hold it that position with your left hand (which will be rocking & rolling) and keep your right index finger, hand and arm completely ridged.
This will take a little practice, by you second or third try you should get the hang of it.

This technique will work on a variety of semi-auto rifles and pistols with a foward grip.
