just bought a Maddi receiver, no barrel trunion,what parts to use?

: I saw at Global Trades original Poly-Tech barrel assy. : comes with front sight and rear sight support and gas block, good deal, but what barrel block or trunion : would fit? I see bulgarian barrels are 23mm at chamber : poly-tech are 17mm,AAOK sells barrel trunions that are : 23mm,if I had to buy the romanian barrel and put all : sights on and gas block it would cost more but I want this to work,ALSO I want it to be legal,AAOK sells : hammers that are U.S.A. made and other parts too, : any advice, thankS
