Ak-74 FullAuto Bolt Carriers

	I have a Romanan Ak-74 and very much like my rifle, but it seems I have a problem with my Bolt Carrier. Sometimes the gas piston gets stuck to the gas chamber and I have to give it good slap for the bolt to travel forward. I can`t seem to find anyone who sells semi-auto bolt carriers for the Ak-74. I saw an ad by Classic Arms and they sell Fullauto Bolt carriers for the AK-74 And claim that it functions great in semi-auto`s. Can I legelly put this in my rifle without breaking the law?
