Is Russian 5.45 x 39 Ammo Corrosive?

	I know what the advertisements say and what is printed on the box, BUT, does anyone know for sure whether 5.45 ammo produced at the State Production Association "Ulyanovsk Machinery Plant" is really non-corrosive? Its headstamped '97 and is commercially packaged. Good stuff?
