Romanian AK questions...

Hi,

I have a Romanian AK chambered in 5.45mm. On these boards, I see people posting about the "WUM" rifle.
My rifle is stamped C.U.R. 2 5.45x39 on the right side of the rear sight mount. On the left side, is stamped "INTRAC ARMS, KNOX TN RATMIL, MADE IN ROMANIA".
My question is, do I have a WUM rifle? Or exactly what do I have?
I bought it new & unfired from a guy about a month ago for $350. Was this a fair price?
