Brandon,

Look to the right of your serial number, the last two
number are year of manufacture (-97 = 1997, -00 = 2000, -01
= 2001). I was hopeing that you lived in Texas, oh well.
Best luck in selling your SAR-2. If in like new condition,
and sights are straight, your SAR-2 should bring from $280
to $360 depending on the condition, finish of the metal,
and appearance of the stock set on your rifle.
