Any reason the real military 5.45X39mm ammo is not being imported? As there is no handgun that I know of for this round, the ammo cannot be classified as armor piercing by ATF regs. So whats the excuse for importing all this "Lead core sporting ammunition" crap? Any way to get a hold of the bullet itself (not the whole loaded round) and reload using some brass case rounds? Hey Cole distributers, hope you are reading this! Heard using the steel core miltary bullet makes this perhaps the most lethal small arms round ever designed, due to severe bullet instability upon soft target impact. I trust AKs much more than my jam-o-matic AR-15s and want as great a stopping round as the SS-109 for it. Easy answer is the real miltary 5.45X39 round which seems to be unavailable. |
