5.45- good varmint caliber?

	Seeing as 5.56 (.223) is popular as a a "Varmint" small game round, I was wondering. Is the similiar 5.45 also suited to this purpose? Also, even if the bullet is appropriate, can you get the neccessary accuracy out of an AK type rifle to successfully hit small game at any significant range? Thanks in advance.
