AK folding stock legality

	With the 10 US parts in an AK it makes it legal to have one of the bad parts (suppressor, bayonet lug, pistol grip, and a folding stock?) This would defeat the purpose of having a folding stock withount the pistol grip but wouldn't it be legal?
