Hey guys! I'm thinking about trading my Auto Ordnance 1927A-1 Delux Thompson for some flavor of SVD (Not really looking for one of the recent Romanian imports). The Tommy gun is basically like new (only about 500 rounds through it) and features a finned barrel, Cutts compensator, vertial foregrip, and a professional trigger job. Comes in original Auto Ordnance shipping box, with the warrenty card and owners manual. This was built at the West Hurley NY plant a couple years ago. Accessories include an *original* 50 round L type drum magazine (WWII era) that shows quite a bit of finish wear, but functions perfectly. It was made by the Crosby Company in Buffalo NY. Also included are 4 30 round GI stick mags (yes, they are 1928 mags, but have had the mag catch holes modified to work in the 1927. 3 are in an unissued OD M3 mag pouch. These things have shot up in price since AO shut down the plant in West Hurley, and you'll be lucky to find even a recent pre-ban drum for under $400 to $500 these days. Anyway, I'm not 100% sure I want to trade, but thought I'd see if there was any interest from the group. If you are interested in a partial or full trade, please let me know. Thanks, Scott |
