my mechanic took the heads off my car with a stuck valve
and found a smaller than BB size piece of metal in the
combustion chamber. possibly an old piece of spark plugs
electrode any experiances with a chunk in there for any
amount of time .. the inside of the chamber looks pretty
hammered
