Nick there's nothing that would make your idea impossible. The only thing is the flash hider is a one-piece assembly with the front sight. This could be an expensive product to make, even if it's just a clamp-on type without the front sight post. But if someone's willing to take it to a machine shop and crank some out, I'm sure people would buy them.
