Flash hider on a Russian Tigr?

	Why can you not put a flash hider on a Tigr? Seems like you would be ok on "evil" features count as it has a thumbhole stock and maximum mag capacity is 10 rounds and mine was imported in '93 before the 1994 Crime Bill spelling out the evil features and stopping import.
