Vassilenko, Manager of Western Express in New York City.
These folks handle book keeping and refund payments for
Binocularsmart. Because I had paid for my scope with a
Postal Money Order rather than Billpoint the refund order
from Binocularsmart to Western Express was delayed and
furthur compounded by Isabelle Gorden (Customer Service
Officer) going on vacation. Long story short Vadim
facilitated the refund and as he promised I received a
money order refund 3 days later. FYI if you have any refund
problems with Binocularsmart contact Vadim at
1-888-290-1218. My impression is that the pipeline from
Russia-Ukrane is very long and confusion can rear its ugly
head leaving we the consumers scratching our heads and
wondering if we were stung or not. In this case it appears
I was not and I'm thankful for Vadim's help.
