I want to make an apology for our service. We had a serious
communication problems with the person who cahses out our
checks and money orders. These problems does not concern
our
electronic payments, since we receive them directly and we are
able to refund them promptly. At this point (beside the
fact that we PERSONALLY sent the refund in FULL today) i
have no other solutions but to stop accepting payments by
snail mail to prevent any possible problems. We are an USA
based firm, but most of our time we spent abroad - looking
for the best optics in the Eastern Europe. it allows us to
make the best possible deals for our customers and we did
very good whil dealing just with the credit card payments.
The problem with
your order and Matt's was that the payment went to the person,
with whom we had a VERY SLOW COMMUNICATION on the incoming
and outgoing mail. I promise this will never happen again.
Please look at our eBay feedback, you will see over the
hundred of happy customers. Today we have a Fullfilment
house in Michigan to ship our orders directly from the USA
to deliver them in 4-5 days. Once again - I am sorry for
the confuse with the money orders, that were accepted from
you and Matt. We will stop accepting money orders and
checks. And - we stand by our promises:
"No questions" money back and 1 year USA warranty. (if paid
by credit card your money will be returned the same day we
will receive the note from Fullfillment house that the item
received back)
