> I was wondering if any of you fellow SVD/TIGR/NDM-86 owners are left handed and have had experience with the 1P21 zoom scope. I understand that it is off-set more to the left than the PSO, does anyone know how much? > Also, I just got my bi-pod from Tantal, ordered it on Sunday, received it today! That is fast service. A couple of things I noted on the Bi-pod, the rounded humps that fit into the receiver wells have rough edges on them. Use a jewelers file to smooth, then I coated the contact areas with a layer of liquid electrical tape. Protects the finish and is a more positive attachment without being tight. Give it a shot. By the way, I think I got one of the last 3 bi-pods, and hope that he will get more. > > Tom Being lefthanded myself,I have asked about that very same thing.People tell me the 1p21 sits about 1" farther over.Sounds like that would be just as unconfortable to shoot right handed.I have an 8x42 on mine and its more comfortable for me to shoot without the cheek rest.If you get one let me know how you make out.BTW Tantal has mounts ect. to put a scope right in the center of the reciever, any scope that will work with 1" rings, check out his web site.I will give my by-pod your treatment sounds like a good fix |
