At the present time I am considering machining the flash
suppressor out of bar stock like the original one. The cost
is still not worked out at this time. I am looking into
having it done on an CNC work center to get the cost down
but I will have to have a lot quantity ran as in 100 pcs.
which is usually the minimum on these workcenters. Are
there 100 people out there who would buy these for say $200
each. This may sound high but machine shops have already
told me that by manual machining it would take between
20-30 hours which would cost several hundred dollars each
so this is out of the question. So give me your input and
we will go from there.
