1P21 3-9x42 or PO 3-9x42

	I finally received my scope from the ebay seller 'binoculars' and I believe I received the wrong one. I was told I was getting the military version of the scope the 1P21, but everything that came with the scope has the 'PO' name on it. Does anyone know how to tell for sure what version the scope is? Does it really make a difference? Thanks, (oh and I would avoid buying from these people, not a good experience thus far) Matt the ebay auction
