I guess that depends on who you ask,since your on a site
that fancys combloc weapons I think most would choose the
AK's and if you go over to the M-16/AR-15 site they would
say theirs.Having shot both I lean towards the AK's you can
beat the shit out of em' and they keep shooting,there not
high maintance and I would choose 7.62x39 or 5.45x39 over.
223 in caliber.You should float this question over on the
AK site and the M-16/AR-15 site(for shits and giggles,some
people are real fanatics when it comes to their favorite
shootin irons)My favorite is the one I'm shooting at that
time.If your one of them tinfoil hat wearin SHTF guys you
should be well versed in all the above and some.BTW this is
the SVD site,happy shooting
