Gentlemen: I am the owner of Kalinka Optics and I would like to clear up some of the untruths that Traverse has left here. It is unfortunate that Traverse continues to slander us not only here but in many other places. He and his wife did a great amount of business in Russian optics before Kalinka brought the best prices to the web and seriously undercut his business. He has never done business with us. His lies, like his English, stinks. First, we are an American business, registered and operating in Washington, DC. We have our headquarters in DC and ALL (without fail) returns, replacements and repairs go to our DC headquarters. We have NEVER asked anyone to send anything overseas. We have a 14-day, no-questions-asked return policy that allows you to buy and try anything you'd like with only the risk of the shipping charges. This is something you can verify yourself. We own a warehouse in Saint Petersburg and one in Washington, DC. The Washington warehouse is still being outfitted and we hope to be operational there soon. It is a fact that we have had thousands of happy customers in the short time we have been open. It is also a fact that we have let down several of our customers with long shipping times. We never expected to have such success so early and we were not prepared for it. We are still cathcing up but every day we improve. Your support allows uys to have the lowest prices on the web, great customer service and an unequalled product line. Satisfied customers leave with a quiet smile of their face, the unhappy ones... This summer we will be adding all 9 Kobra Red Dot versions, 8 new POSP versions including: POSP 6x42 V POSP 6x42 POSP 6x42 VD PO 3-9x42 POSP 4x24 V POSP 6x24 V POSP 6x24 POSP 8x42 V POSP 8x42 VD POSP 8x42 POSP 8x42 D PO 4x24 M New Yukon products and much, much more. All at prices that can't be beaten. We look forward to earning your business. Drop us your address at info@kalinkaoptics.com for our new catalog. Sincerely, Jeffrey M.
