Het Ken e-mail you to solve your problem. The 54r such as Sellier and Bellot use soft primers same as some of the Russian hunting ammo.

Think of it this way, not having a SLFP is just dangerous
period. Now for just a few dollars you can join the
numerous comrads with 54r SVD's that have been updated.
Just let me know and we will get you fixed.
