Damn paint is flaking off!

	The paint on my Norinco NDM-86 is that glossy black stuff that is not very duarble and is now starting to chip in many places. Has anyone refinished a Drag, or any other rifle for that matter, with some of the "high tech" finishes out there? Maybe a nice Teflon coating? I'd like some reccomendations about what I could do about my flakey Norinco.
