WTK: Any info on TIGR & question on blury scope

	I have received a TIGR 7.62x54 rifle. The PSO-1 style scope is very blury. i do not know how to fix the scope. What is the "power cord" for the scope for ?? What does the amber lenses cover do ?? Where can i get a real Dragunov SVD type stock or a NDM86 type of stock for my TIGR ?? Where can i get 10 round 7.62x54 magazines to fit the Russian TIGR ?? thanks to all jason L.
