I would like to find out some info on Dragonuv rifles. You see, it all started when I bought a m-39 made by Sako and fell in love with it. Next up was the SVT-40 and now the Dragonov is the next inline that fires the same 7.62x54r round. The problem is I really can't find any good info on these guns and what I have read varies greatly. I have heard everything from they shoot 2+minutes of angle down to 3/4 minutes. Just what is a Tiger? Which country produced the best ones? I'm nor really a collector I enjoy shooting these guns and so far everything I bought shoots tight groups. Far better then 2 minutes. This thing was built as a sniper rifle from what I've read. Shouldn't it be someone accurate? They do seem to carry a pretty hefty price tag. ($1500.00 min. from what I've seen) Every one I've seen on-line for sale comes with a IR detecting scope. Did they come this way? Any help would be great. I feel the need to get one of these but it is important to me to for it to shoot straight. I mean I can have a very nice rifle built for far less, but somehow I found myself caught up in the history of the 7.62x54r round. Friends have tried to convince me it was a bad path to be on. That 308 was much safer, but fool that I am I decided to look behind the Iron Curtain. I have only the accuracy of my Finnish made M-39 M/N to blame. Please someone help me!!!!!
