WTK overall performance of NDM-86 (.308)

I am contemplating the purchase of an NDM-86 from a dealer in MA. This is a new rifle for $2K. The dealer does not know if it is a Norinco or not(doesn't give me a high degree of comfort in this dealer). The specification and history section of this site indicates that only PolyTech(PDM-86) and Norinco(NDM-86) where the two companies that made the .308 Dragunov for export. I have read all of the input posted here already but would like any additional info gathered since these messages were entered. Does anyone have accuracy results for groups out past 100 yards? How does the finish stand up. Will sustained use of non-copper ammo work reliably. Any input will help.
