NDM SVD stock finish

	Can anyone offer any insight here? I just got one of these and it has a wooden stock but it is covered with a flat black finish, possibly paint. From 3 feet away it looks like a plastic or fiberglass stock. The rifle was brand new unfired when I got it, mags still in wrappers. Did Norinco ship some of these Drags with the stocks finished like this? Anyone ever see one? Thanks cap
