B-West Russian tiger: what is it?

	I saw a Russian tiger with flashider and dragunov stock, unlike the usual tiger with naked muzzel and sporter woodstock. The barrel seems a little longer than the Tiger too. It's labeled B-West. The person who has it says it's original and not converted. Supposely very few came into US this way (BATF mistake). What would be the price for this rilfe? I assume somewhere between a regular tiger and a real Russian SVD? TIA
