NDM86 vs. Tiger

	Hi everyone. I'm looking to buy a Dragunov. Apart from the pre-ban vs. post-ban features and .308 vs. 7.62x54r, I need opinions on quality between the 2, workmanship, is there any real difference in accuracy, etc. Any input would be extremely helpful Thanks.
