Dragunov or Tiger?

	I just came across what looks to be a Dragunov but it has the word "TIGER" stamped on the receiver in both English and Russian (Cryllic) alphabets. What is it? On one side of the receiver it has the following markings: Serial #1993 and a five digit number; IZHMACH; IZHEVSK; and TIGER. On the other side it says: 212 or 1,000; California Armory Inc., San Bruno, CA. It has a wooden skeletonized stock with black plastic forestock which has two rows of 3 holes on each side and two holes on the bottom. It has a bayonet lug on the sight/muzzle break and a bayonet. Any ideas?
