question about zeroing SVD scope

	Hi everyone - Well, I was flipping through the manual that came with my Chinese .308 Drag, and it said that I need to set the BDC (top turret) to "6" as in 600 meters, the windage knob to ")" and then zero at 100 meters. Anyone know why I need to set the BDC to 6? Why not 1? Also, anyone have any experience zeroing one of those 6x36 scopes? I had assumed you zero that one at "1" and 100 meters, but now I'm not so sure. Any help would be appreciated. TIA, Derek
