Chinese "sniper" ammo

	I just came across Chinese Military 7.62x54R ammo that was touted as being a special sniper/competition load. The wooden case and the tin have two linked red rings (somewhat like a partial Olympic rings logo). Anyone have any experience with this "special ammo"? Thanks
