	I understand that there is a 9.3mm sniper round in occasional use in former Soviet states. Is this also known as the 9.3x57 Mauser round? Why would someone in the know choose this particular round for a sniper rifle? Flatter trajectory? Larger diameter bullet making specialized munitions easier? What factors? Thanks. Gregory.
