7.62x54R PD Snafu

	The local firearms expert at the PD bought 1000 rounds of 7.62x54r for their M-14's It's S+B, don't know if it's fmj or soft point, but I believe it's fmj. Anyway, they paid a fortune for it, can't use it, and can't send it back. If it's the full metal jacket, anyone want to trade a case of RG .308 for it? (They just don't have a clue if it's not a Glock).
