Question on chinese NDM-86 "26" ...

	tonight i pulled out one of my 762x54 SVD's that i havent looked at in awhile (before i found this board) I compared it with my other (same caliber) SVD ...i noticed on the underside of the receiver one had the serial #, the other had its serial # but also had the year 1985 stamped along with "26" stamped in a triangle....What does the 26 represent? im assuming a armory at norinco where it was produced? Both were imported by CJA so i just wondered why one had it and the other didnt it... thankyou, joe
