Russian v. Rumainian optics

	I was under the idea that the Russian scopes were better than the Romainian scope that came on my rifle. I have researched different models to replace it and have found the following at bg armory: 1p21 3-9x42 sniper sight posp 6x42 posp 6x36 posp 4x24 Are these scopes a major improvement in optics (v. my Romainian scope),and do they have the military gradiants. I also saw a scope called the Kobra Russian reflex sight and have entertained purchasing it also. Anybody got info on these scopes??? Thanks again
