WTS: NDM-86 (ChiCom Dragunov SVD) in .308, new & unfired

Had it sold, but buyer had to back out for financial
reasons.

Brand new, only 1000 in country, more accurate than Soviet version (.5 MOA according to SOF and SAR magazines). Need to get rid of it because as of Jan. 1 it is classified as an "assault" weapon in California (I know, ridiculous) and I refuse to register it. That also means that I can't sell it to anyone in California. Includes all accessories:

-PSO1 lighted scope with range-finding reticle, in issue
case with all accessories:

-extra bulbs
-extra rubber switch boots
-extra rubber eyepiece
-adjustment tools

-cheekpiece -ChiCom accessory pouch with cleaning kit,
tools, etc. -four 10-round magazines (~$100 each last I
checked) -Soviet wire-cutting bayonet -all manuals
